This year-round program provides a spectrum of seasonal color in the many beds lining Turtle Creek and the Boulevard. Thousands of begonias, caladiums and impatiens herald the arrival of spring while the start of fall is presented with a visual array that compliments the rich autumn foliage. Funded by a cooperative public/private partnership with the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department which cultivates and maintains the beds, generous tax-deductible contributions from TCA members and Dallas citizens provide the plantings that delight motorists and passersby as they enjoy a drive or stroll through the colorful canvas of Turtle Creek.
