Tulum is Back

José Meza has a vision for Tulum, which reopened November 4th, 2020 following eight months of being closed due to the pandemic. The acclaimed Mexican-born chef wants to offer diners a multi-sensory experience that’s honest, authentic and free-spirited. His menu is a creative mix of seasonal ingredients, extraordinary flavors and innovative combinations all based in tradition.

The seasoned chef’s CV reads like a Who’s Who of Fine Mexican Dining. He culled his talents at some of Mexico’s most celebrated restaurants and hotels: Moxi (Hotel Matilda, San Miguel de Allende); the St. Regis (Punta Mita); and Ramona (Hotel Nizuc, Cancun); and trained under world renowned Chef Enrique Olvera. Most recently, he is the head of the kitchen at Park Cities local favorite, Jalisco Norte.
