Support the Restoration of the Historic Bridges of Turtle Creek

Nestled in the heart of Dallas, the historic bridges of Turtle Creek have long stood as silent sentinels of the community—gracefully arching over the water and connecting generations of neighbors, joggers, wildlife enthusiasts, and visitors to the natural beauty of the Turtle Creek Corridor. But time has taken its toll.

Today, these iconic bridges—some over 100 years old—are in need of critical restoration to preserve their architectural integrity, ensure public safety, and maintain the charm and history they bring to our beloved greenway.

The Turtle Creek Association (TCA), in collaboration with the Turtle Creek Conservancy (TCC) and the City of Dallas, is leading the effort to restore and enhance these bridges as part of a larger commitment to protect and beautify the Turtle Creek Corridor. This restoration project is not just about preserving stone and steel—it’s about protecting a legacy, ensuring access to safe and scenic walkways, and investing in a future where urban life and natural beauty thrive together.

Your Gift Makes a Lasting Impact

Donations to The Bridges of Turtle Creek Restoration Fund directly support:

  • Structural and aesthetic restoration of aging and historic bridges

  • Safety enhancements for pedestrians and cyclists

  • Improved access to walking trails and park spaces

  • Sustainable landscaping around bridge entry points

  • Preservation of wildlife habitats connected to the creek’s ecosystem

Every contribution—whether $25 or $25,000—helps us preserve the beauty and safety of Turtle Creek for generations to come. Gifts may also be made in honor or in memory of a loved one, with select donation tiers offering name recognition opportunities along the bridges.
